Job Description

De Novo, a boutique staffing and recruitment agency is currently seeking a Florida Barred civil litigation attorney with working knowledge of business transactions and estate planning. This position will be working directly with one of our clients, you will be working on varied drafting projects in the areas of business law, transactional and estate planning. The client will provide access to their document management platform. This is a contract, part time position, 20 hours per week, and is fully remote. There is also the opportunity for coverage work if so desired. We are looking for a motivated, committed, dependable self-starter who takes pride in producing an exceptional work product in a timely manner and who can be flexible to the needs of the client.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience preferably in business law, estate planning and/or family law
• Must have a Florida bar license in good standing
• Must be available for 20 hours per week, preferably during normal eastern standard time working hours, Monday through Friday
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have excellent research skills
• Must be somewhat tech savvy and have a reliable computer and internet connection
