Based in West Palm Beach, FL, this role is designed for a go-getter with strong customer service skills, a mind for sales, and a heart for helping people. Whether you’re working with a homeowner securing coverage, a small business protecting their assets, or a new driver getting on the road, you’ll be backed by a powerhouse agency that’s got your back.
What You'll Do:
Sell and service a wide range of personal and commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, including auto, homeowners, renters, business, and general liability.
Build and manage your book of business through outbound calls, referrals, networking events, and client follow-ups.
Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend the best insurance solutions tailored to each client.
Stay compliant with all state regulations and agency procedures.
Maintain accurate client records and process all necessary paperwork in a timely, professional manner.
Deliver t op-notch customer service, ensuring all clients feel informed, protected, and valued.
Collaborate with other agents, underwriters, and support staff to maximize performance and drive agency growth.
What You Bring:
Active 220 General Lines (Property & Casualty) Florida Insurance License (REQUIRED)
Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience in insurance or a similar field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the agency
