Facility Maintenance Supervisor:

O’Malley Ice and Sports is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform ordinary and specialized maintenance of the Sullivan Arena.

Skills and experience should include typical plumbing, electronics, HVAC, electrical, audio, video, and refrigeration systems. Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and hydraulic power systems also required for ice resurface (Zamboni) maintenance and repair.

Duties include:

• Detailed monitoring of facility plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Performing repairs on plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment including but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures, pumps, motors, etc.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues in the facility.
• Direct and participate in facility plumbing repairs and work order submission. 
• Supervise hired contractors when onsite and as needed.
• Will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of all site HVAC equipment by performing the majority of the preventive activities and communicating with outside contractors on major items. 
• Will be required to document daily activities, work order resolution, equipment maintenance and repair activities, and inventory tracking.
• Must be able to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment throughout the facility.
• Maintain audio, video, and lighting needs for scheduled events.
• Oversee and direct Operations Tech 1 on conversions and Janitorial employees.
• Create and maintain schedules and work coverages for daily and weekly assignments.
• Attend meetings when requested.

Responsible for:

• Training and supervision of staff assigned to perform the above duties and compliance of staff with OSHA and other safety standards for staff working in Company buildings.
