Join the team at Haiku by Greystar, South Yarra’s premier build-to-rent community. We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact on the resident experience.

What you will do:

• Keep our community looking and running at its best, from repairs and touch-ups to maintaining gardens, gyms, and resident areas.

• Assist with apartment make-ready processes and ensure vacant units remain market-ready.

• Respond to maintenance queries, complete minor repairs

• Support compliance and safety checks (training provided).

• Deliver great service, from parcel deliveries to helping residents feel at home

What we are looking for:

• A hands-on, practical thinker with a can-do attitude.

• Someone keen to build a career in facilities, property, or trades.

• Physical Requirements: Comfortable lifting up to 12kg, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout the day while following safe work practices.

• Previous experience in maintenance or similar role advantageous

• Helpful and friendly manner, professional and courteous with both residents and colleagues

• Ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
