Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Express Driver to make special pick-up and delivery runs to customers. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests that are not part of the normal delivery schedule (customer needing additional products); acting as a "floater" in the Service Department to cover open routes during vacation and holiday schedules; and ensuring high levels of satisfaction though prompt and accurate responses to unique customer requests. Hands-on route delivery duties include driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations and lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer Service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Route sales experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
