We are seeking an experienced and discreet Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residential property in Desert Mountain. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management, upkeep, and presentation of the property and grounds
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and household staff as needed
Manage household systems, maintenance schedules, and service providers
Monitor budgets, expenses, and project timelines
Ensure the property is prepared for owner visits and guest stays
Provide administrative support and handle special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience in estate, property, or hospitality management preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to anticipate needs and maintain discretion
Familiarity with high-end residential operations and local service providers
Compensation:
