Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Longwood office. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. 

Responsibilities: 

•  Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. 
• Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate solutions. 
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. 
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. 
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. 
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. 

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Compensation:  

• $18.00 per hour plus commission (no limit)
