Job Description
Job Summary:
- Must have 5+ years of experience specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
- Requires a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service, Power Platform, and Integrations.
- Knowledge of the platform's capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization is necessary.
- Experience in the automotive industry can be beneficial.
- Will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
- Will need to conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.
- Will translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Will design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
- Will configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.
- Will customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.
- Will plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems such as ERP, CRM, third-party applications.
- Will ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
- Will lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Will support in the development of user manuals and training materials.
- Will offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
- Will create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations.
- Will maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum is required.
- Must have the ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points is necessary.
- Must be able to work closely with technical teams (developers, IT staff) to implement and support solutions.
