Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to drive efficiency, cost savings, and improve overall performance
• Manage and maintain the Cost of Goods.
• Create, manage, and maintain Bill of Materials.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Update product listing and assign finished goods and component part numbers.
• Purchasing and receiving components, finished goods, services, supplies, and raw materials.
• Review open orders and identify goods that need to be ordered to minimize costs.
• Coordinate with carriers and 3rd party logistic companies to transfer components and finished goods from the warehouses to 3rd party fulfillment companies.
• Source new packaging, service providers, fillers, and alternative manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the supply chain
• Manage teams of 10-20 people

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
• Expert in SAP ERP MRP
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management in the beauty industry
• Experience managing teams of 10-20 people
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings in the supply chain
• Experience with inventory management and forecasting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
