Your Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced analytical models: Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to address key business challenges.
  

• Data exploration & preparation: Clean, transform, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
  

• Experimentation & optimization: Design experiments (A/B testing, causal inference) and leverage results to improve decision-making.
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate data insights into practical solutions.
  

• Visualization & communication: Present data-driven findings through clear dashboards, reports, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Automation & scalability: Develop reusable analytics pipelines and machine learning workflows to support long-term growth.
  

• Innovation & research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and new modeling techniques to enhance organizational capabilities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
  

• Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
  

• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
  

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
  

• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production .
  

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/Plotly).
  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Data Science with strong skills in Python, SQL, machine learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch/XGBoost), statistics, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
