We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented   Data Entry Specialist to assist in updating and maintaining information in our digital systems. This is an easy-task, work-from-home role suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently and enjoy repetitive tasks. Accuracy and consistency are more important than speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data from various sources into company databases or spreadsheets

  • Verify and correct data where necessary

  • Organize and maintain digital records and files

  • Perform regular quality checks on entered data

  • Follow guidelines and procedures for data entry tasks

  • Communicate with team members for clarification or updates

  • Meet basic productivity and accuracy standards


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, especially in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Good typing speed (35+ WPM) and accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • No previous experience required — training provided
