Manager of Organic Dairy in central Texas. Milking around 1,800 with 250 drys. We raise our own heifers. Manager would be in charge of all employees 27-28 currently. Oversee Milkers, breeders, outside help. Maintain all Dairy Comp records. Oversee breeding, fresh cows, calves. Vaccination program. Knowledge of cow feed rations. Must have the personality to deal with employees yet motivate to create the best work environment. Ordering of supplies, meeting and dealing with Nutritionist, etc

Qualifications:
Must be self motivated and organized to get things done daily and be able to see the big picture. Have a positive get things done attitude. Very organized and have the ability to take charge of a crew and get the daily chores done as well as seasonal items that need getting done as well.
Would be in charge of herd health as well as daily employee duties, from milk quality to hoof trimming and feed rations.

Benefits:
This would be up for discussion and would depend on salary.
$90,000 to $120,000 based on experience
