Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Sales Support Specialist to join our team! In this high-energy, pre-sales role, you'll be key in converting incoming prospects into leads. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and able to maintain consistent follow-up with new leads. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers.
Follow up on missed or after-hours calls to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Reach prospective sellers using a variety of communication methods, including text messages, emails, and phone calls.
Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants to advance the sales process.
Audit and track leads to ensure timely follow-up.
Assign unassigned leads to the appropriate Real Estate Consultants.
Reconnect with aged leads to ensure opportunities aren't lost.
Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
A strong track record of following up on leads to qualify and convert them.
Experience working with consumers or homeowners (preferred).
Real estate experience (preferred).
A Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
