Summary/Objective

Content & Brand Ambassador: Friant is looking for an effortless storyteller gifted with the mastery of word-weaving that hooks a person like a book that can't be put down until the story is finished or like a movie you'd stay up late to watch until the very end. You have a way with words and telling stories that captures the essence of Friant as a brand and connects with our customers. You are also visually driven and digitally savvy with short and long form content creation for all digital and print assets across all communication platforms. Responsibilities

  • Curate and craft engaging stories educating end users about Friant
  • Support all creative initiatives elevating Friant brand and product experience for end users and partners
  • Master and apply understanding of Friant, workspace furniture, the industry and end user journey from end to end
  • Provide creative content for Friant's websites, app, social media and various platforms
  • Provide copy content for all marketing campaigns including promotion of brand, sales, product and end user experience
  • Support with planning content
  • Copywriting for all digital and print assets
  • Support and promote end user and channel end user engagement to cultivate and grow Friant end user community; this includes communication, engagement and participation in online and in person events across platforms, trade shows, conferences, etc.

Work Environment

Performance of job duties will be on-site. This is an in-person position without eligibility for remote work.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and other office equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required when visiting production areas.

Required Education and Experience

  • BA or BS degree in Communication, Marketing or in a relevant major concentration
  • Excellent and creative storytelling in short and long form
  • 1-3 years of copywriting experience for digital and print collateral including and not limited to website, app, social media, advertising, PR, case studies, product material, etc.
  • 1-3 years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in brand experience
  • Cross-functional experience in working with departments such as Product, Sales, Customer Support and various departments to support marketing initiatives
  • Experience in working with and on various digital platforms such as content management systems, social media, and applications (listed in competencies)
  • Experience with direct and indirect end-user engagement
  • Individual and collective contributor supporting Marketing team with overall initiatives and activities
