Our company has a significant backlog of work — and we continue to win more projects! Schultz is a growing, well-established heavy civil contractor based in NY, specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, structural concrete, development infrastructure, utility work, site, and highway work.

We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable Foremen  to join our team. As the key point of contact between workers and supervisors, you will play a critical role in bringing engineering plans to life through solid, high-quality construction. If you thrive on managing details with precision, leading teams, and delivering safe, efficient work — this is the opportunity for you!

What We’re Looking For:

Full-time Sitework, Pipefitter, and Concrete Foremen with proven experience in:

• Supervising and managing construction crews

• Ensuring work is performed to company and industry standards

• Communicating plans and production goals to crews and clients

• Enforcing safety and maintenance procedures — We offer the SAFEST work environment around

• Tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records

• Scheduling work and confirming crew hours

• Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion

• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite

• Completing required paperwork and job-related documentation

• Interacting professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction

  Requirements:
• 1-3+ years of experience managing construction projects and/or teams

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines

• Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read and communicate plans, drawings, and blueprints

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
