CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Our client is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. Successful candidate will be a motivated person with a professional attitude and the requisite experience to effectively handle construction-related office administrative processes.
Core Responsibilities:
Permitting process from inception to completion
Heavy use of Procore Construction software and Microsoft 365
Answer multi-line phone system. Direct calls and/or send email messages
Maintain the Vice President’s calendar
Responsible for appointments - assist project managers and team
Schedule meetings for all projects through Zoom, conference calls and MS Teams
Obtain Design Review/HOA approvals for condo/neighborhood HOA’s
Create and process all contract, subcontractor agreements and change orders
Update client database and projects – open and close all jobs
Manage, prepare and organize correspondence - hard copy or electronic
Local travel to within county and/ or city for document filings

Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years experience working in a construction office
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Working knowledge of construction project management software – Procore preferred
Permitting Experience
Typing skills with a focus on accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to read construction plans (preferred but not required).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
SALARY: $75-95K
