1st Shift Concrete Laborer

$15.00/hour-$17.00/hour

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in various outdoor environments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members on construction sites. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the assistance of concrete projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Transporting forms within the yard
• Assisting in loading trucks
• Removing finished products from the production floor
• Loading customers' orders

May include other duties as assigned

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with frame carpentry, drywall installation, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise on-site.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday while adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience working on construction sites is advantageous, showcasing an understanding of site safety practices.
