Complaint Handling Intake Associate (Hybrid – Acton, MA) – Exciting Career Opportunity!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Complaint Handling Intake Associate for our client in Acton, MA . This is an opportunity to work with a quality-driven, innovation-focused team in the medical device industry.

Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid)

Pay: $32 per hour

Shifts Available: Standard Business Hours – Hybrid Flexibility

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and process complaints consistently and promptly, ensuring correct coding and accurate assessments
• Review and analyze device history records (DHRs) to identify issues related to reported failures
• Enter data and generate reports/graphs for complaints, lot qualifications, and special projects
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation related to complaints and product feedback
• Perform basic product evaluations and failure analyses
• Support adverse event investigations and feedback processing
• Communicate with product support managers across multiple reporting sites
• Escalate complex complaints per department protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in data management, technical troubleshooting, or record keeping (preferably in the Medical Device field)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong verbal and technical writing skills; confident communicating across teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Ability to assess unclear information and determine when clarification is needed
• Desk-based role; must be comfortable sitting for extended periods
