Community Manager - Musicologie Westerville

At Musicologie we know everyone deserves a great teacher. We have nearly a decade of experience delivering simply delightful music lessons to some 7000 students across our seven Ohio locations through:

In this position you’ll:

• Dedicate yourself to learning and implementing the Musicologie system
• Grow and support a vibrant community of students and teachers
• Be committed to delivering an outstanding music education experience to every family and student
• Build, train and motivate a diverse team of teachers

You’re the right person if you’re:

• Excited to help people and inspired to change lives through music
• Able to lead a diverse team
• An expert communicator in person, over the phone and via email
• Detail oriented
• Tech savvy
• Able to work evening hours

You have:

• Sales experience, customer service experience, or similar
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of schedule management and collaboration
• Knowledge of sales

Typical Work Hours:

• 10am-6pm Mon-Fri
