We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on second shift!
Shift: Monday - Thursday: 3:00pm - 1:30am
Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
Role Functions:
Operates machinery safely according to company policies
Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection
Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines
Requirements
Ability to use measurement tools accurately
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals
Ability to multi-task
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read, write and speak in English
Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus
