Primary Function of Position

As a Clinical Education Specialist you will be responsible for the development of educational content that meets the clinical needs of internal and external customers. You will be responsible for collaborating with management and crossfunctional stakeholders to conceptualize design deliver and manage clinical content to improve the knowledge and skills of internal learners. You will also support Clinical team members with creating content to address the short and longterm educational needs of the learners.

Essential Job Duties

• Complete 78week internal training course on product functions and applications 
• Develop internal training content for da Vinci procedures/clinical content and support development activities such as development labs  
• Create and deliver clinical presentations and training to the sales force/internal training teams as part of new procedure development activities as required 
• Organize and facilitate train the trainer sessions for internal customers and global Commercial Learning teams as required  
• Collaborate with other departments to determine and address ongoing clinical training needs

Qualifications :

Required Skills Experience Education and Training

• Minimum Bachelors degree or above (Business Management Engineering or Science degree preferred; education or marketing degree acceptable)
• Minimum of 1 3 years experience in training and/or project management
• Experience with creating education materials for adult learners
• Capacity and willingness to work both independently and collaboratively on projects with aggressive timelines
• Experienced multitasker; ability to manage multiple assignments and successfully meet deadlines
• Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including: MS Word PowerPoint Excel
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools

We provide marketcompetitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
