Cleared Senior System Engineer

Bestage is looking for a Senior NiFi Systems Engineer to lead data transformation initiatives, maintain advanced NiFi solutions, and ensure technical excellence across enterprise projects.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering role with a similar scope and responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with program personnel, government stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Technical leadership ensuring integrity, quality, and completeness of work within ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Expertise in Apache NiFi, dataflow architectures, and Linux administration.
• Proficiency in data types (JSON, XML, JCID) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in engineering will be considered.
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Desired Skills:

• Ability to build custom NiFi processors and troubleshoot complex dataflows.
• Experience mentoring and collaborating in team settings.
• Understanding of enterprise data processes and scalable system integration.

*Salary Range: $165,000 - $210,000*
