Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organizations technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in IT management, cybersecurity, systems integration, and infrastructure development. As a visionary technology leader, you will oversee strategic IT operations, manage cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement in security, performance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Develop and execute long-term IT strategies, aligning them with organizational goals to foster innovation and growth.
• Cybersecurity Management: Lead comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, portfolio campaigns, and long-term risk management initiatives.
• IT Infrastructure: Oversee the design, deployment, and management of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems, ensuring robust operations and security compliance.
• Project Management: Direct large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Oversee risk assessments and the creation of contingency strategies.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Client and Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners across public and private sectors.
• Innovation and Integration: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge IT solutions and systems, driving process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience:
  • Over 20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including CTO or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in cybersecurity strategy, systems integration, and managing IT infrastructures.
  • Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and team development.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Security+, and other relevant credentials.
