Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our CFO, you'll be the financial compass, guiding our organization towards sustainable growth and success. You'll be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and driving our financial vision.

What You'll Get To Do:

Be a Strategic Architect: Develop and execute financial strategies that fuel our company's growth and achieve our objectives.
Master Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure fiscal health and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure Financial Excellence: Lead financial reporting and compliance, making sure everything is accurate and meets all regulations.
Manage Resources Wisely: Oversee treasury functions, manage cash flow, and assess and mitigate financial risks.
Build Strong Connections: Foster collaborative relationships across the company and with external partners.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions to enhance profitability and service delivery.
Lead and Inspire: Mentor and develop our talented finance, accounting, contracting, and procurement teams.
Oversee Facilities and Real Estate: Manage facilities financial reporting, and general office expenses, including negotiating leases and coordinating with legal counsel for real estate matters.
Are You The One? Here's What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA preferred).
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a senior financial role (healthcare or laboratory sector preferred).
A proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and reporting tools.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
Strong cost accounting experience with ability to "Drill down" on pricing issues coupled with public sector contracting experience.
10+ years of experience leading technical professionals.
A solid understanding of operations, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance.
Experience in multi-site (U.S.) organizations is a plus.
Experience in clinical and/or forensic laboratory services/diagnostics industries is a plus.
