Chick-fil-A Great Oaks is hiring a professional who wants to apply their experience in the field to our team. This includes high-level hospitality experience, business acumen, coaching, and overall leadership ability. The Kitchen Director will serve on the senior leadership team and report to the Senior Director and/or Operator. The Kitchen Director oversees everything in the back of the house while encouraging our team to meet our operational, service, and revenue goals.

Compensation is commensurate with availability and experience

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of dedicated leaders toward common business and service goals
• Communicating with team members, leadership, and Chick-fil-A Inc. staff
• Planning, organizing, assessing, and executing business goals
• Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and other managerial responsibilities
• Conducting and organizing team-wide meetings and events
• Overseeing team morale and culture
• Solving business challenges quickly and effectively
• Developing a leadership team within the business
• Growing personally and professionally independently
• Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
• Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensures that Team Members monitor overall facility cleanliness.
• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout the shift.
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
