TITLE: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist / CRNA

What they are looking for:
•Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
•Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
•Current certification as a nurse anesthetist from the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor.
•Current Certificate of Authority (COA) from the Ohio Board of Nursing
•Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
•Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Hours and compensation potential:
•Position is for full time, Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. will be first call every 10th night and will be second call every 10th night.
•Range is between 230K-287K depending on experience. PTO is about 10 weeks. Full benefit package including a 25K sign on bonus.
What you will be doing:
•Delivers direct and indirect anesthesia and anesthesia-related care to patients for perioperative services, obstetrical services, pain management and other areas as needed or requested.  
•Utilizes the nursing process through data collection and assessment; identification and prioritization of patient’s needs; and development/implementation/evaluation of an anesthetic plan of care.  
•Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age-specific care. 
•Provides management for problems in pain relief; cardiopulmonary resuscitation; pulmonary care; and critically ill patients.  
•Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members.  
•Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory/accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards. 
Additional info:

•5 OR starts plus Endoscopy daily. Mainly bread and butter cases-General Surgery(robotic cases as well as a Bariatric Program), Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, ENT. Also Vascular cases(EVARs performed in Cath Lab). Need to be proficient in OB(@ 55 deliveries per year).
