We are looking for a talented Cashier to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. As a Cashier, you will greet guests warmly, handle transactions accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to interact with customers, handle payments, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Main responsibilities of a cashier:
Greet guests warmly and promptly take their orders.
Accept payments, provide receipts, and fulfill orders.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked front area.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a smile and handle transactions efficiently.
Balance the cash register and scan items accurately.
Accept payments in various forms and provide change and receipts.
Process returns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
Requirements:
Outgoing and energetic personality.
Basic computer knowledge and good math skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to resolve complaints effectively.
Provide exceptional friendly service to guests.
