**SCHEDULE**: Friday - Monday (4 - 10 hour day shifts)
POSITION PURPOSE
As part of our brokerage carrier sales team, you will work closely with our extensive network of carriers, as well as develop new relationships focusing on improving efficiency and managing transportation costs. You will be responsible for taking a proactive approach in mastering the pricing and capacity fluctuations in the truckload shipping market. You will coordinate the successful movement of loads based on customer requirements, performing carrier compliance and work with our outsourced network of transportation partners.
