Job Description:
seeks qualified finish carpenters/foremen for ongoing high-end residential renovation projects. Job responsibilities include:
- measuring materials, cutting/fitting/assembling/framing walls/partitions/flooring/ceilings/drywall according to plans
- installing kitchen/bathroom accessories/cabinetry according to plans/shop drawings
- installing doors, trim/moldings/specialty items
- troubleshooting / problem-solving installation issues
- assisting others on-site as required
Ability to read and build from plans and shop drawings preferred. Strong verbal, attention-to-detail, and multi-tasking skills required. Supervisory skills are required for small project teams.
