RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire and train your team. Make sure that all team members understand their role and the importance of customer care, productivity and professionalism at all times.
• Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
• Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests
• Review heat cases with management team
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Maintain office supplies for your team
• This department will oversee Orlando MINI, Fields BMW Daytona Beach, Winter Park, South, and Lakeland locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least three years’ management experience in a business development call center.
• Automotive experience a plus!
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Hours for this position are Full Time
