💼 What You’ll Do

🔹 Management & Business Training (60%)

• Plan and lead nonprofit fundraising and outreach campaigns from start to finish

• Oversee day-to-day operations, track performance metrics, and manage team productivity

• Learn core business functions: budgeting, forecasting, team leadership, and decision-making

• Set campaign goals, coach team members, and support scaling of outreach strategies

🔹 Community Fundraising & Public Engagement (30%)

• Represent nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and live community campaigns

• Educate and engage the public on social causes using face-to-face communication

• Build donor relationships and encourage long-term support through consultative conversations

🔹 Leadership Development (10%)

• Build public speaking, coaching, and mentorship skills

• Work closely with experienced leaders through 1-on-1 mentorship

• Take on team lead responsibilities as you grow—supporting, managing, and mentoring new associates
