🔹 Sales & Community Fundraising (30%)

• Serve as a campaign lead at live events, retail locations, and community outreach sites

• Build relationships with donors and educate the public about nonprofit missions

• Use consultative, face-to-face communication strategies to drive donations and donor retention

🔹 Leadership Development (10%)

• Strengthen public speaking, presentation, and mentorship skills

• Participate in 1-on-1 mentorship sessions with experienced campaign leaders
