The Brand Ambassador Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and motivating a team of brand ambassadors during onsite activations. You will ensure the team delivers outstanding customer experiences, embodies the client’s brand values, and meets performance goals. This is a highly visible, onsite role involving both pre-event planning and live event execution.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors for various activations, ensuring they understand campaign goals, messaging, and brand tone.
Conduct pre-event training sessions, role-plays, and briefings to prepare ambassadors for event-day tasks, engagement tactics, and compliance requirements.
Lead and supervise ambassadors on site throughout the activation, providing direction, coaching, and real-time feedback.
Coordinate with event producers, project managers, and logistics leads to align ambassador activities with overall event flow, objectives, and guest experience.
Monitor ambassador performance metrics: attendance, engagement rates, lead generation, sales, or other key performance indicators as defined by the campaign.
Ensure ambassadors adhere to brand guidelines, dress code, and professional behavior.
Address issues or concerns promptly, resolve on-site conflicts, and escalate to production or account leadership when necessary.
Provide brand ambassadors with coaching and mentoring throughout the event to optimize their interactions and performance.
Conduct post-activation debriefs with ambassadors to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recognize high performance.
Complete performance evaluations, ambassador scheduling, payroll tracking, and timesheet approvals.
Maintain communication with the client regarding ambassador activities, lead data (when applicable), and any on-site challenges or highlights.
Ensure all brand ambassador-related logistics — check-in, briefings, uniforms, materials — run smoothly during event setup and teardown.
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards during activations, including crowd control, onsite safety, and emergency protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
