Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and be proficient in various accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and document management.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and assist with bank reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize software such as QuickBooks and Ramp for financial tracking and reporting.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure all accounts are accurately represented.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Ramp.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
