Job Description

As our Bookkeeper, you play a critical role in managing the financial health of our organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all accounts. You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help keep the company's finances on track and support strategic decision-making. We are an International company with nearly 100 locations throughout the US and Canada. This position has a lot of room for growth or upward mobility. We also compensate for contributions with bonuses based on key performance indicators. Responsibilities:

• Seek out process enhancements and deploy successful bookkeeping methods
• Verify the accuracy of bank statements and accounts through regular reconciliation
• Manage adherence to applicable financial regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate financial transactions each day and verify the accuracy of records
• Compile and share financial reports with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain organization with a focus on details
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area
• Knowledgeable in GAAP and financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, is advantageous
• Possession of a Bookkeeper or related certification preferred
