Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an individual for a Bookkeeper to join our team.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process invoices for customers and vendors.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and file taxes, including sales tax, employer taxes, and other required filings.
• Handle IFTA reporting and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with auditing processes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Manage vehicle and truck registrations.
• Oversee insurance renewals for vehicles, property, and business operations.
• Administer employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel files.
• MUST HAVE D.O.T. Experience, IFTA taxes, Registrations. 

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and HR compliance.
• Experience with invoicing and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in accounting software - Quickbooks.
• 3 Years bookkeeping preferred.

Work Monday to Friday 8-hour shift.
