We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Bookkeeper. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and maintaining financial records, such as general ledgers and journals
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Filing and organizing financial documents
• Adhering to established accounting principles and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication 1 skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Eagle/Epicor) is a plus
