Job Description

Overview : Join our dedicated team at Star EIP, where we provide vital early intervention services to children ages 0-3 across NYC. We're looking for passionate Service Coordinators to help families navigate the early intervention system and ensure that children receive the services they need to thrive.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate early intervention services for children from birth to age 3.
• Act as a liaison between families, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and track children's progress and update service plans as needed.
• Assist families in accessing additional resources, support, and services.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and case notes in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, etc.).
• Experience working in early intervention, special education, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with NYC early intervention regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of multiple families.
