Job Description:
We are looking for a Charter Bartender to serve refreshing drinks and provide an unforgettable experience for our guests aboard our charter vessels. If you have bartending experience, love being on the water, and excel in customer service, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to maritime safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor beverage inventory and restock as needed
- Assist with general guest services and onboard hospitality
- Work closely with the captain and crew to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Ability to work in a moving environment aboard a boat
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of maritime safety protocols is a plus
