Job Description

FT Position: ~30-32 hrs weekly

Baristas are responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving bread & pastries, and preparing espresso drinks at our Honey & Rye location. 

Must be available both weekend days and for early morning shifts (starting at 6 a.m.)

$12.50/plus tips (tips avg $9/hr)

REPORTS TO

Beverage & Retail Manager

DUTIES

• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base, including boxing pastries & operating a point of sale system
• Prepare espresso drinks on a manual espresso machine
• Contribute to the daily maintenance of a clean & organized cafe space

REQUIREMENTS

• Barista and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently
• Physically able to stand long periods of time & lift 50 lbs
• Dependable, flexible and team-oriented
