Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of branding strategies for Hi-Spec Tools. This role requires a strong understanding of brand identity, social media marketing, and content management, as well as a passion for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Brand Development: Shape the brand identity for Hi-Spec and Mamba, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and aligning with audience needs. Social Media Marketing & Analytics: Develop and execute content strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, tracking performance against key metrics. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the production of engaging and cohesive content across channels, maintaining brand consistency and aligning with business objectives. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with brand values to drive campaign success and long-term partnerships. Lead Generation & Email Marketing: Create and optimize campaigns to grow subscriber lists and nurture leads, using data-driven insights to enhance performance. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment of goals and seamless execution of strategies. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track brand performance, measure campaign success, and inform strategic decisions. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in brand management, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful campaigns. Expertise in social media marketing, content management, and influencer collaboration. Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, WordPress, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset. A passion for building brands that connect with audiences and deliver measurable results.
