The Role

We're hiring immediately for a full-time Sales Representative role. You’ll gain hands-on training in both product knowledge and sales skills—everything from strategic communication and presentation delivery to negotiation and customer experience.

This position sets the foundation for a long-term career in leadership, sales management, or customer success. What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging, educational sales presentations for homeowners on energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions
• Participate in structured sales coaching sessions and training workshops each week
• Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Build your personal book of business and grow within our merit-based structure

What You’ll Earn

• $4,000 Sign-on Bonus , paid in $500 weekly installments over your first 8 weeks
• $25,000 Base Salary + uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
• Top performers can earn $200,000+ annually
