Job Description

This well-established and respected hearing healthcare provider in Wilmington, NC is seeking a qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join their team. The organization has been serving the community since 2017 and is known for its patient-centered approach, professional development support, and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests
Take ear mold impressions as needed
Fit and program hearing aids
Provide follow-up care, counseling, and auditory rehabilitation
Meet or exceed monthly sales and financial goals
Represent the clinic through community outreach initiatives

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary + Commission
