Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense cases from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers’ compensation laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
• 1–10 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense or a related field.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
