Since 1975, we've been a leader in the leasing industry, proud of our people and committed to creating a work environment that is rewarding, challenging, and fun. **The Position:** We're looking for a detail-oriented team player to manage repossession assignments, track asset performance, and support equipment evaluations for Credit, Funding, and Collections. This role involves coordinating with outside agencies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company standards. If you're organized, reliable, and have strong communication and computer skills, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and track repossession assignments, ensuring outside agencies meet performance standards. + Reviews key factors such as cost, location, urgency, and asset value to determine and assign repossession actions based on economic feasibility. + Manage and communicate assignment changes, cancellations, or holds to agencies and internal teams. + Review and audit incoming documentation for accuracy and compliance. + Appraise equipment and establish fair market values for Credit, Funding, and Collections. + Maintain and update internal databases. + Ensure confidentiality of company information. + Build and maintain positive relationships with internal staff and external vendors. + Provide support to other team members as needed. + Maintain regular and punctual attendance. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Candidate Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Data entry skills and the ability to multitask. + Collection experience in a leasing/contract environment or equivalent preferred. + Experience in equipment evaluation and recovery techniques preferred. **Benefits:** We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The hourly pay rate for this role is $20.00 - $25.00. The pay rate for the successful applicant depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
