As an Applied Scientist at One you’ll be at the forefront of our AI and Machine Learning innovation! You'll design and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and LLM models that will shape our customer experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams. Lead end-to-end machine learning model development: from design, experimentation, and deployment to scaling production models.
Tackle real-world problems with both batch and real-time models, creating a tangible impact on customer experience, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive AI initiatives that directly impact our company’s growth and bottom line.
Play a pivotal role in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. As we continue to expand, there are opportunities to transition into a lead or manager role.
Hands-on expertise with 5+ years of experience building and productionizing ML/AI models that deliver measurable business impact.
You have a strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
You're fluent in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
You're proficient in Databricks (or similar platforms) and familiar with managing data pipelines and advanced analytics workflows in a cloud-based environment.
You have the Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest. You thrive in fast-paced environments and approach challenges with an ownership mentality.
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties/requirements of the specific position. We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience.
