In this role, you will engage with prospective and current residents, expertly guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide informative tours of the apartment community.
• Answer leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process rental applications, conduct screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain detailed records and reports using leasing software.
• Stay knowledgeable about community features, floor plans, pricing, and promotions.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and regulations at all times.
• Support existing residents by addressing their concerns and maintaining a positive community environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) preferred, but not mandatory.
• At least 6 months of experience as an apartment leasing consultant.
• Recent Fair Housing training certification (completed within the last 2 years).
• Proficiency with leasing software (experience with Yardi, CRM, Appfolio, Entrada etc.).
• Reliable transportation for commuting and job-related tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Professional, team-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
