We’re looking for a AML Compliance Investigator to join our Banking and Finance Client team. In this critical role, you’ll help ensure our organization meets regulatory requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and the US Patriot Act.

What You’ll Do:
* Independently manage a portfolio of investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence to detect suspicious activity.
Make informed decisions on case closures or referrals, and prepare accurate, timely SARs.
* Use investigative tools to trace financial transactions and build detailed financial profiles.
* Document findings in our case management system and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with senior investigators and escalate complex issues when needed.
Identify and report control deficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement.

You Are Already Great at These:
* Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of experience in compliance, investigations, or a related field.
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience with SAR filing and a solid understanding of BSA/AML/Patriot Act regulations.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

* Pay Rate - $28.50/hr
* Will be working In-Office
* Monday to Friday - Business Hours
* Temporary Position with Conversion after 4-6 months depending on performance
