Admissions Coordinator
Status: Full-Time, In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11AM–7PM (with some flexibility)
Location: Corporate Office – Davie, FL
Reports To: Admissions/Business Development Leadership

Overview
The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the enrollment process for both  Principles Recovery Center (PRC)and  Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) . This position is responsible for promptly answering inquiries (phone, email, and other channels), assisting prospective clients and families through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and compassionate experience from first contact through intake. The role also supports various admissions and business development initiatives as needed to meet census and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to all admissions-related phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner.
• Gather initial client information, complete preliminary intake forms, and coordinate next steps in the enrollment process.
• Communicate with prospective clients, families, and referral partners to provide program information and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate with clinical, business development, and administrative teams to schedule assessments, tours, and intakes.
• Track and update inquiry and admissions data in the designated CRM/EMR systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain organized records of all admissions activities in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Provide administrative support for admissions events, outreach, and follow-up initiatives.
• Assist in other admissions or business development tasks as needed to support PRC and AWA's growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in admissions, customer service, healthcare, or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full-time, in-person role based out of the corporate office in Davie, FL.
• Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 11AM–7PM, with some flexibility as needed for admissions coverage.
