Entry-Level Administrative Assistant/Service Coordinator Assistant
$20-$23/hr DOE
7-3:30pm Mon-Fri Temp to Hire

Construction background would be nice but not necessary. Good communication skills however are a must.

Job Duties:
Scanning, filing, shredding, word processing, creating spreadsheets, overseeing office projects
and tasks, assisting with service department, and occasional accounts payable back up.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) and construction office experience is a plus
Some service department experience is a plus
